The following is a glossary of abbreviations and terms used when discussing Japan's sex entertainment industry (aka "fuzoku").  Please note this is a work in progress...

AF - anal fuck, anal sex.  You sometimes see this listed on health service menus.

Back - aka "bakku," Japanese term for doggie style.
BB - "bare-back," sex without a condom as God intended.  See "VD" for more information.
BBBJ - bare-back blow job, blow job without a condom as God intended.
BJ - You learned this term in junior high, so you should know this by now.

C
CBJ - condom blow job
CG - cowgirl style, girl on top
CIM - cum in mouth
COF - cum on face

D
DATY - "dining at the Y," performing oral sex on a girl
Delivery Health - Japan's version of outcall escort service
DFK - deep French kissing
DH - delivery health
DS - doggie style

F
FK - French kissing
FS - full service, sexual intercourse, the real deal

G
GF - "gaijin friendly," an establishment that services non-Japanese customers
GFE - "girlfriend experience," an experience with an escort that mimics a girlfriend lover

H
HE - "happy ending," a massage that ends with a hand job
Health - aka "fashion health" - Japan's version of an escort service
HJ - hand job

I
Image Club - a type of health offering costume options (e.g. schoolgirls & nurses) sometimes in realistic settings (e.g. a classroom).

K
KH - Korean Health
Korean Health - a typically FS health featuring (you guessed it) Korean girls

L
Landing strip - a tidy strip of remaining pubic hair that serves to guide the way to heaven
LH - love hotel

N
NGF - "not gaijin friendly," an establishment that does NOT allow foreigners

O
OL - office lady

P
P4P - "pay for play," sex entertainment
Pink Salon - basically a BJ bar.  Have a drink and enjoy a BJ.

S
Soapland - a Japanese brothel featuring a body-on-body massage most often leading to FS
Sumata - Japanese simulated sex using the girl's inner thighs.  It's like a lap dance on steroids.

V
VD - venereal disease, something you definitely DO NOT want from an escort
